This documents certain installation choices made while installing Fedora 9 for a Koha server. NOTE: Not all choices are documented, and neither are other choices ruled out. All we say is that these choices have been tested to work for Koha. ==Software selection during install Installation question: What additional tasks would you like your system to include support for? //Select "Software Development" and "Web Server" in addition to the default "Office & Productivity" //For Customize Software Selection on this screen, choose option "Customize now" Choose software: //Under "Development", select Development Libraries Development Tools Web Development //Under "Server", select (AT LEAST) MySQL Database Web Server (Under optional packages, ensure 'mod_security' is NOT selected.
